Summaries and notes

What Taad writes when you finish, and how to make it yours.

When you finish a recording, Taad knows who said what and writes a summary and notes in the shape you like, with the to-dos and events it heard.

A finished recording's summary: what was decided, with the to-dos, events and speakers beside it

What's in a recording

TabWhat's in it
SummaryWhat was decided and what's still open, short enough to read in a minute
TranscriptEvery word, with who said it and when; tap a line to hear it
Your notesWhat you wrote while recording, kept as you wrote it

Beside them: the to-dos, the events, the speakers, and the place it was recorded.

Make it your shape

  • Rewrite the summary in another layout: meetings, classes, calls and voice notes each have one, and you can choose which is used for each kind of recording.
  • Make it Shorter or Longer in a tap.
  • Make your own templates: the sections you want, in the order you read them, for meetings you have often.
  • Keep it to one subject with Only about….

Rewrite as often as you like: the last ten versions are kept, and you can go back to any of them.

Languages

The notes are written in the language you spoke, or the one you choose; the summary can be in another language than the meeting. Taad understands 60 languages, even mixed in one meeting.
