Recording
Recording offline
No signal? Taad keeps recording, and catches up when you're back online.
You don't need a connection to record. If the internet drops in the middle of a meeting, Taad keeps going.
What happens
- The recording is saved on your device, encrypted, as you go.
- The live transcript pauses while you're offline; the recording doesn't.
- When you're back online, Taad sends what it kept and writes the transcript and the notes.
The recording's side panel shows where it is: Saved on this device, then how much has been sent.
Before you close the lid
If a recording hasn't finished sending, leave Taad open until it has, or open it again later: it picks up where it stopped.
Exports need a connection
Making a PDF or another file happens online; recording and reading what's already on your device don't.
