Where it's stored
Recordings, notes and their backups are stored in Western Europe, in the European Union. Each device you sign in on keeps its own copy too.
Take it with you
Export any recording as PDF, Markdown, PowerPoint or CSV, and download its audio. See Share and export.
Delete it
Delete a recording whenever you like: it's removed, with its audio and its notes, from your devices and our storage, and leaves our backups as they roll over.
When things change
- Your plan ends: you move to Free and keep everything you recorded.
- You leave an organization: your seat goes back to it, and your own recordings go with you, to your personal space.
