## Where it's stored [#where-its-stored]

Recordings, notes and their backups are stored in Western Europe, in the European Union. Each device you sign in on keeps its own copy too.

## Take it with you [#take-it-with-you]

Export any recording as PDF, Markdown, PowerPoint or CSV, and download its audio. See [Share and export](/help-center/integrations/export-and-share).

## Delete it [#delete-it]

Delete a recording whenever you like: it's removed, with its audio and its notes, from your devices and our storage, and leaves our backups as they roll over.

## When things change [#when-things-change]

- **Your plan ends:** you move to Free and keep everything you recorded.
- **You leave an organization:** your seat goes back to it, and your own recordings go with you, to your personal space.
